Orna did magic! Thanks to her we were able to buy a house in Oak Park, where there is hardly any inventory because people don't sell very often, and where the demand is very high due to an exceptional school district. Orna's proactive networking in her home town of Oak Park pays off by exposure to prospective listings before they become listed! She found us a tenant-occupied house that was at least a month away from going on the market. We negotiated an off market sale and got our home. Everyone was surprised - you just can't get a house in Oak Park like that! But Orna made it happen, and our family is very grateful for that!!

I highly recommend Orna. Our complicated situation spanned 3 continents where the house was in LA but family members were in different continents and she executed the sale in the best way possible.
